Staff was very unprofessional. Room had a leak in the roof and it took some effort and arguing with the front counter to ensure our room was hospitable. Moreover, one would expect extra accommodations due to poor room conditions, however no benefits were doled out. First time visiting SFO, and this was a disappointment. Customer service is something which should be most important aspect of the hospitality industry.

The rooms were comfortable, the hot breakfast was good (coffee, juice, eggs, bacon/sausage, pastries, oatmeal, and even fresh made waffles), it was a safe neighborhood close to so many sights via driving/walking (Fisherman's Wharf, Palace of the Fine Arts, Lombard St), and the overnight parking in a gated garage was perfect as I was renting a car ($30/night). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Nice rooms and amenities, coffee available all day was a plus. Free breakfast was a nice option. Conveniently located, you can walk to most places. The hotel could use a better place for Uber/Lyft pickups, however, as the cars would stop on the busy street in front of the hotels, which was technically a 'no stop' zone.
