The cleaning staff stole my stuff while she did the room service，when i checkout the room the other day，I found out and confronted her，she said she just took from the room after cleaning. She is definitely lying because the room was still not cleaned when this happened and she took it from storage room without reporting it to lost and found. The hotel manager is rood and careless about their client. The room is dirty，smells bad. The sheet was dirty and still have hair in bathtub. So rediculous！

Perfect location, close to public transportation, (get a clipper card!) if you have a vehicle to park, it is $57 after tax with in and out privileges. The included breakfast offers cereals, yogurt, bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, juice, coffee, tea, milk, and potatoes. Staff was very helpful. The rooms are small, but perfect for sleeping! I didn't have Wi-Fi problems like some reviews stated.

The website said restaurant and bar was open with free drink token at check in. It was in fact closed. Rooms were not like the website photos either. Full disclosure or updating website would be nice.

Our experience at Executive Hotel Vintage court was pleasant and went above our expectations. It was very convenient to have breakfast downstairs in the morning and the location of the hotel was centrally located. The staff was helpful in storing our luggage and making us feel comfortable during our stay. Would recommend staying at Executive Hotel Vintage Court.

It has a grate location. Its clean. They have a good brand for toiletries. I loved the breakfast and the attention. They charge a pet fee of $30 per night.

The room was smaller than a closet . Tiny room. Not updated hotel. Parking is horrible and the charge 57.00 per night and the garage which is more than a block away (uphill) only charges 45.00 per night .

Rooms are only for 1 person stay, for my opinion. They are clean but tooo small even for 2 person. The staff helped with everything but they were not friendly. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is far, far, far below average.

Loved our stay here!! The staff was great - friendly and welcoming! Nicholas was very helpful - thanks to him, we were able to book a ride on a Waymo. The breakfast was delish! The housekeeping lady did a great job! Best of all, the hotel is located very close to Chinatown and the intersection to get on the cable car. Would definitely stay here again!
