The check in staff was not as polite as expected. Also, the second night of our stay was extremely loud. We came back to the hotel and there were some individuals outside arguing and fighting. Then we entered the hotel, to find the guests above us to be loud and banging/stomping for at least 3-4 hours. Staff were contacted a couple of times, with no resolution. They offered to let us move rooms, but this would have been too inconvenient for us to move everything and our service dog.

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. It was quiet atnight and very clean. There were several good eating establishments in area. It was clean and room was very nice. The bed was a little hard for us. Room amenities were nice and enjoyed having a couch.
