The hotel was clean and the housekeepers were by far the most friendly staff we encountered.
When we got to our room the floor in front of the bathroom was flooded, and had been for a while as the room smelled musty. Nobody had checked the room prior to us checking in. The 2 girls working the front desk were extremely rude, and acted inconvenienced when getting us a new room. Both could use some education in hospitality.
The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbor sneezing and every toilet around us flush all night long. There was very little sleep due to people partying on one side of us and babies crying on the other, then early morning vomiting could be heard as if they were in our bathroom.
On Monday morning, about 2am the dumpster are dumped so we had the pleasure of a 2am wake up call with screeching metal, and dumpsters hitting the ground, for about 20 minutes.
The pool was closed the entire time we were there, I think it closes at 8 pm, which is about the time most people get back from sightseeing and could really use a good soak. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy that amenity.
If you're traveling with kids the hotel is probably pretty tempting because they do have a play room and other games in the lobby. That is also where the bar is located so if you're not with kids the last thing you want to do is relax by the bar with a drink and children playing cornhole 10 feet away.
All in all not a good experience, i would not stay here again
