Convenient location and very comfortable. Mikaela took care of my check in and made sure that we were all settled in. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. This was my second stay in 2 years and I look forward to staying here again.

Great location. We happened to stay there when the global computer glitch happened. The staff seemed to handle it pretty well though. The only issue we had was the shampoo and body wash were out. And all the city noise. The windows must not be very thick.

Beautiful view of the Bay. Could see Alcatraz clearly and watched 4th of July fireworks from our room window. Don't let the lower price fool you, this property is very convenient to Fisherman's Wharf and an outstanding staff that really gives personalized service.

Room was nice but no coffee maker or fridge. Poor lighting in bathroom. Room was comfortable but the window faced an ally where there was some sort of construction or street work happening which made it very hard to sleep. Highlights were location overall and common area for families.

Hotel Caza was a great place to stay during our visit to San Francisco. Our room was large and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. The only negative with the room was the vanity in the bathroom was quite small and it was hard to have more than 1 person getting ready at a time, but I don’t think that’s unexpected for a hotel in SF. The lobby area was quite large with many options for activities. The foosball table and video games were a little beat-up and are probably due for a replacement, but we still had fun. Overall the game room was a nice unexpected amenity. I would definitely stay at Hotel Caza again if traveling to SF.

The staff at the Caza was extremely helpful and r friendly. Our room had a view of the bay. It was lovely. The access to public transportation and the piers was perfect for us.

The room was nice however was disappointed that there was no mini refrigerator or any place to get water on our floor. There was only an ice maker. I would have loved to have had a coffee maker in the room, preferably a Keurig coffee maker. Also, the comforter on the bed was quite thin and I was cold during the night. I enjoyed the staff but this property was just okay. I probably would not stay here again.

This property was really nice, lots of public amenities and a very cheerful vibe! Loved the pool area and the lobby/lounge and bar were very inviting. However, quite a few negatives as well: no in-room fridge, microwave, or coffee and tea station. The café was closed in the middle of the day so food and drink was only accessible mornings and evenings. Because of those limitations, I probably will not return because I like a more full service hotel.
