Bright sunny Bedroom and Bathroom in a Grand Lady Victorian in the upscale neighborhood of Pacific Heights only blocks from the Presidio. Queen-size bed, closet, lock on door, dresser/desk, iron/ironing board. The recently renovated exclusive bathroom is situated just a few steps down the hall from your room. It is solely designated for your use, and you have the choice to secure it with a lock.
TV, Microwave, Keurig, Britta, Snacks, Oatmeal packs, coffee/tea pods, sugar, cream.
Lock on door, dresser/desk, iron/ironing board.
Immaculate and disinfected.

Parking: Metered Mon-Sat 9AM -6PM Sunday free
Side Street parking 2 hours free and Sat/Sun unlimited
Bus 1/2 block, Uber/Lyft App convenient

Other: 4 blocks parking garage located on Locust/Sacramento St $30 for 24 hours

So peaceful!
We loved staying in this house. The building is clearly well made, as it is very quiet. There are high ceilings, wonderful minimalist decor, a beautiful bathroom, and a small library lounge my husband LOVED. The location is a lovely, very quiet neighborhood with a wide variety of stores and restaurants. My husband, who is NOT a chatty, effusive person, said he'd be very happy to stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house and room were beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood--very quiet. The host was quick and gracious about accommodating my request for an extra blanket and to store my bag a few extra hours. The bathroom down the hall was only a minor inconvenience--I never encountered anyone else going to or from. I would definitely stay here again. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. Thank you!
