My name is Guisselt Torres and I’m very sad and unhappy about people this morning in the front desk to star I love this hotel that’s nothing to have to do your staff because I leave here in the Bay Area and I also been a manager to hotels in Miami you have always to have respect for the people who stay here are this beautiful hotel but I also have a company and as a business person I don’t deserve to be treated as works them animals because I love animals your I was about to do a check out today but I really like to stay another night so when the housekeeper was knocked on the door I told her I will love to stay another night she said to go to the front desk them I call my friend who owns me money he said he will send them to me on his break then they call me I told the lady that I be right down them housekeeping Knoc very rude a told her I’m coming down then a lady come and said the manager wants you out of the room right now I told her sorry I just got extra money I’m going to pay she was very rude very mad and furious and I told her I’m sorry I’m not a delinquent person I will pay right now she said noooooo you out of here that makes me so embarrassing I told to the manager and I explain her everything I also recorded her I told her for my safety pour post she was rude as well but I explain her everything and she makes me stay for another night she asked me for my passport and she also said that it was canceled I told her really I have the new want on my room iin very sad

The shower in our room had no “lip” to prevent water going out to the floor so when the water hit the shower curtain and the floor of the shower all the water went out onto the tile floor and the entire bathroom floor was a pool of water- very dangerous for slipping! Also, the desk clerk said we couldn’t wait in the lobby for the shuttle- we had to wait outdoors and it was cold and windy! We asked why there was a lobby with couches if we couldn’t sit there and she said that was their policy and we aren’t allowed to sit there and we had to wait outside- this was really bizarre and annoying! Bad service!

This hotel was nice, especially with it being so close to the airport, which was the main reason we chose to stay here. Great views of the airport and planes landing and taking off. Would recommend staying here again!

Nice property. The best part is the rooms havec laminate floors instead of carpet. A much cleaner option. The bathroom was nice and clean too. Bed comfortable. They provide a free shuttle to the airport which is only a few minutes away from the property. Will recommend and stay again.
