“Pros - An amazing bed, queen size. Very comfortable. Cons - My room was very cold. I was booked for 2 nights, complained the first day 3 times that there was no heat. They did manage to turn it on but just for 2 hours. Heat is controlled at the front desk. I complained again the second day as the room was so cold, that time they managed to turn it on and it stayed on. I have never been in a hotel that you would freeze in. During the day I had to go the park to sit in the sun to warm up. Each……
