Staff see lovely, but a bit stretched. The view was just beautiful. We enjoyed using the social spaces, including the pool bar, the games (chess and backgammon) room. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely and the restaurant in the evening was great bu pricey.

This is an absolutely stunning property. The restaurant and bar prices are high considering the already high price tag to stay here. There is a lack of staff and the rooms could use a good dusting (we stayed in 2 rooms and thought this could be said about both). The breakfast had a lovely selection and the waitress serving coffee was very friendly. The pool is beautiful but very cold, and it can be difficult to sit outside due to the mosquitoes. We enjoyed our 3 night stay but would not recommend this hotel to others.

Fantastic place with a great pool area and a beautiful view up to San Gimignano from the terrace. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of different food. The people in the restaurant gave us a very warm and pleasant experience- I had birthday and the came in the morning with cake with a light in it :)) We had a superior room-with a great bathroom but the room was quite small. Highly recommendations from us with only 20 minutes walk from San Gimignano.

Classy place. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The staff was ready to help. While I was waiting for my room, reception sent my bags to the room, and included cookies with a sign “Happy Birthday” which they recognized from my passport.

Beautiful property .. I found it a bit creepy at night , it is isolated from town. My biggest issue is there is no staff at night and no manager on site when we stayed . It was a young girl on the front desk and a few waiters at night until 11 pm. If there is any issue they do not even have a manager or supervisor they can call on the weekends . Not sure I would stay there again .

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible tuscan valley views. Beautiful grounds. The staff was phenominal. Thanks to Michaele, Mel and the chef the experience was exponentially better. The head chef not only prepared incredible meals but he came out and grated each guest with a smile and a handshake. The drive to San Gimignano was easy and quick. Our only drawback was we paid extra for the Tower Suite so we can use the giant jacuzzi at the top of the tower but it only pumped out cold water so we didn't get to use what we paid for. I'm giving them 5 stars despite that because everything else was over the top good.
