The town of Dorado is a world-renowned vacation destination with cultural activities featuring everything that’s traditionally Puerto Rican – like Taíno-influenced food and more. Sea breezes waft through this Villa located in a community known for its amenities, cleanliness, and security. Walk to restaurants and shopping- there is also a bowling alley and casino in the community!!
San Juan is a short drive away with its activities and nightlife and you’re perfectly situated to enjoy nature and outdoor activities. It’s an excellent base for visiting many fascinating places – from exploring the El Yunque Rain Forrest to Zip Lining or delving into wondrous caves of every description. Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island; folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.
Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.
If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.
This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that, please be careful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.
If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
