Ocean Park is a beachfront, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It is one of the city's forty distinct communities. Located to the north, it offers easy access to the Atlantic Ocean's beaches, as well as nearby hotels, nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Ocean Park is also one of the island’s most popular neighborhoods near the coast.

Guest will access the entire apartment and property common areas, such as the pool and coin-operated laundry.

Our three-bedroom apartment in San Juan is the perfect beach escape for your next Puerto Rico getaway. Located in the vibrant heart of Isla Verde, you'll be just steps away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment offers premium amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Its modern décor and stylish furnishings create a cozy, home-like atmosphere.

Set within Villa Playa, a newly renovated gated community, this Mediterranean-inspired apartment features access to a brand-new pool. Its prime location makes exploring and enjoying Isla Verde effortless.

We provide parking in the building’s garage free of charge. Parking in San Juan is limited. We recommend that our guests do not rent cars unless planning to travel out of San Juan often. In addition to Isla Verde being very walkable, taxicab service, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4PM local time. Check-out time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please keep in mind that any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.

The apartment is on the second floor with stairs leading to it.

We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.

Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've included a Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you'll need to get you started and feel right at home. You'll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, and 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We've also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you'll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we've included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We've also got you covered with 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase via our Marketplace.

Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

For stays over 28 days, we require additional personal information and a signed License Agreement to accommodate the stay. All guests will be required to verify their information, including a 3rd-party background check. This is to ensure your safety and the safety and well-being of our neighbors and homes. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone for any purposes outside of your reservation. Once all information is verified, we can confirm your reservation. However, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to comply or have a failed background check. Please be aware that an additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during your stay and released within seven days after check-out to cover any incidentals that may occur at the property. Please reach out to our team if there are any questions or concerns.

Sensibo air units have been installed on the premises. Please refrain from disconnecting these devices, as they are specifically designed for remote control of the air conditioning and humidity management. The small white/black devices are strategically placed near the kitchen, and bedrooms, and close to the mini-split A/C unit for optimal functionality.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.
-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Too many keys, too little direction...most awful check-in, ever.showers not hot.no lounge chairs by pool. Very close to "PINKY'S and Bistro Cafe...and le cueva delmar, all highly recommended by locals. Also Uber is a great way to travel, inexpensive, quick..no lyft,tho.

Had a couple issues but decent lil spot

Didn’t get check in directions until 2 hours after check in time. Soon as I called they sent it tho. Toilet wouldn’t flush and guest shower wasn’t getting hot at all. They finally fixed it the 3rd day there. Other than that it was cool.
