Oasis 460 - 7 miles from Historic Old San Juan, 3 miles from the Contemporary Art Museum and Santurce District. The property is located 10 minutes from the SJU International Airport, and surrounding beaches at Isla Verde and Condado. The property is non-smoking and is situated within La Merced neighborhood steps away from Plaza Las Americas shopping center and the Financial District in Hato Rey. The Puerto Rico Convention Center and the T-Mobile District (where nightlife happens) is 5 miles from the guest house.

With free WiFi, this guesthouse features two flat-screen TV, 2 ac split units, a laundry machines (coin operated) and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave. I highly recommend this property. Ricardo was a great host, communicated with me about any questions I had. Neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful away from the touristy crowds. Property was spacious and felt like home.

If you dont want to stay in a tourist area but want a feel for PR and the daily life this is a perfect place to stay in , walking distance from the mall , food and amenities . Clean and spacious with wifi and more . The host responded quick to any inquiries would highly recommend

Comfortable and Convenient

Ricardo was very helpful. Apt had all the necessary amenities. Easy 15 min drive to Old San Juan and San Juan Beaches. Bed was comfortable. Turn shower to the Blue symbol for hotest water. Hot water takes a minute to arrive and flucuates a bit sometimes.

Great stay in San juan

Place feels like home, the host Ricardo is super good and helped us with every request we had. The places looks like newly build and has everything a small family needs. Very clean and great communication with the host. Would highly highly rate it.
