「The location was great. When I arrived I felt that the rooms were kinda small and they need to change the mattress on all beds. They are like a rock. "Following their airport pick up service instruction but no body answer more then 1 hour, even I made a phone call the hotel, they asked me to post the photo where I was and they said they will check via whatsapp, still no read to the end. When I took Uber to hotel, the girl in the reception had a very terrible attitude. She said: because the previous customer didn't check out so there is no room for me today!!!!!!! Then send me to a 2 star hotel (originally I paid more than USD120 per night, that one only cost USD68 per night) Maria Ofelia didn't give me a match room and also didn't refund me the Price difference."
