So glad we met him and got great recommendations for restaurants. He is a gem and every hotel should have one like him. A star. The bar and room were great. Amazing view. Also the Club Room, while on a lower floor, great staff and selections throughout the day. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Hot and clean. The location is amazing with so much to walk to. Chinatown. Union Square. You are a short walk. Plus free charging for your car. What’s not to love? My favorite place to stay in SF. Just wish I got the corner room they offered but then sold out. Next time! Bring your bathing suit. The indoor hot tub is the best. The bell staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Loved it. 5 stars. "
