“We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations……

“Minus all the bed frames being broken and there being no air conditioning or fans, the house itself is very nice, I just don’t feel like it’s “Vrbo” rental ready. There was a for sale sign infront of the house which explains the staged furniture feel! All the slats under the bed were either out of place or missing a few which made my kids describe their nights rest like sleeping on a camels back! ”

“Our stay was outstanding. The apt is beautifully decorated, spotless ,spacious, and in nice neighborhood. The check in/out was easy as can be and we highly recommend! ”

“Such a charming and relaxing property! We admired the location by the fountain and the bricked-in courtyard. There’s a back deck surrounded by dense, colorful foliage with a serene view that makes it seem you’re not even in the city. ”
