First I called to ask if the pool was heated the man who answered was so rude he said no and hung up.. we get to our room later on the tv was not working or the remote. The man brought us a new remote which still didn’t make the tv work. He did not accommodate us in any way and was so rude I will not stay here again.

The room smelled awful we had gotten a non smoking room and it was fuming with a cigarette stench normally I can get past a little smell but it just smelled overwhelming we left the doors open and it never cleared out almost like the beds and walls had already marinated in bad odor for years The bed sheets looked like they haven’t been washed or changed, we found a lot of long hair on the bed sheets I tried asking for another room and they mentioned that the rooms where all booked we ended up sleeping with the back door open and bought an air mattress near by cause we could just not sleep on the bed Parking was good and I do believe it was pet friendly but not pet safe

Room flooded, didn't stay the night there as intended. Its been almost 2 weeks and have not been refunded my money. Would not recommend staying here

Surface level, this spot does the job. It's a place to lay your head at night for an affordable price. It has some extra amenities like a microwave, iron, hair dryer and nice desk area. However the quality degrades as you look closer. The floors were so dirty that of you walked around barefoot you'd have black soles. There was dead bug smears on the walls and brown stains on the towels. Additionally we closed the screen door and locked the sliding glass backdoor only to find the screen door open in the morning, that really unsettled us.

The room was great, really clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff treated us like we were royalty. The only thing I would like to see is for them to put Keurig coffee makers in the rooms, although the coffee in the lobby is delicious. I love the Aloha Inn.

I have stayed at the Inn twice before and was excellent... this time, however, the front staff gave us the noisiest room in the place.. rm103 next to the freeway.. very noisy and the a/c was also noisy... even though there were lots of rooms available...
