We liked this property. Parking was super convenient - right outside our door, and the location was great - walkable to a variety of restaurants, coffee place with good coffee - all on the main drag. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Upon entering the room I smelled a strong smell of urine. I immediately started looking for another hotel online, but they were all booked up. My husband suggested getting air freshener but that would just cover up the filth. I walked to the gas station and got a bottle of 409 and paper towels. I cleaned the floor by the toilet and my towel came up BLACK. I proceeded to clean the entire floor and it apparently hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The smell improved but not much. I have never had to clean a room before. I would never stay here again.

The inn was very clean and updated! It’s within a block of the beach and there were several options for restaurants around the area. The staff was delightful and helpful. It was a great experience and I plan to go back soon!

For clarification purposes only, they do not have a three bedroom family room.I booked the three bedroom, and what it is, is actually three beds, queen size, in one room. I brought that to the attention of the person that was checking me in. She might have thought that she was giving the correct description but I let her know that she should definitely be updating it to state it is three beds in one room. She did let me know that there is a two-bedroom, but it was taken because they were sold out. Overall, was not a bad place to stay, short walk to the beach and a very short walk to anywhere you may have wanted to go in town.

The good: - Location - Free Parking on site and on street - Bed was clean - Free WiFi The Bad: - Price - $240 for this class of property is Robert - The bed. Stiff cheap mattress and squeaky metal frame - The HVAC is LOUD - Walls are paper thin. You can hear cars outside your window and neighbors in other rooms The Ugly: - Property is run down. Toilet was loose. Cracked counter top. -They expect yoh to wash your hair with body wash as the shower only had body wash and conditioner. All in all this is $60/night territory not $250ish
