"Pros: Nice room, beautiful pool, walking paths in the desert area of the hotel, wonderful and caring staff. Cons: Hotel room doors slam loudly. There is some disconnect in transferring requests to other departments. (Two examples: 1) Request didn't get to housekeeper that I needed service before ..."
