“Durante mi estadía en este hotel desapareció una campera dentro del restaurante del establecimiento. Informé inmediatamente al personal y me indicaron que revisarían las cámaras de seguridad.
Lamentablemente, después de varios días de intentar comunicarme y solicitar información sobre la revisión de cámaras, dejaron de responder mis mensajes.
Más allá del objeto perdido, lo preocupante es la falta de respuesta y seguimiento del hotel frente a un incidente ocurrido dentro de sus propias……

“Excellent value and stay! We spent 6 nights at Posada de Roses. Pablo and Matilda were wonderful hosts, and there were a number of nice touches that we liked. Upon arrival, Matilda gave us a tour of the property, and explained the breakfast options. Essentially, they give a voucher for each day's breakfast that can be used at one of 3 local cafes. “Overall this was a great hotel for the price. Although its on the older side everything is clean and functional. Breakfast was a bonus with a good variety that included bacon and eggs, fruit and pastries and meat and cheeses. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Plus the location is close to all the main sites, restaurants and tours in the City. I would stay again.
