The residence is a seafront building. It comes with swimming pool (not heated) and 2 elevators. It is located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia. It is in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away. Each flat has its own parking place.

This lovely studio with air conditioning is ideal for 4 guests. It is on the second floor. It consists of a large living room with a cooking corner (with gas stove, large refrigerator and Italian coffee maker) and 2 double sofa beds, a bathroom (shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, bidet), a large balcony with frontal and lateral sea view.
