The Zocas is a town of about 900 inhabitants. Very quiet, where you can enjoy peace and the kindness of its people.

The house has been totally renovated. Its decoration will seduce you. The rustic style has mixed a modern touch ... Combining comfort and convenience.

The large and bright master bedroom has a 160x200cm bed in its center. Large wardrobes and reading lamps ... your window overlooks the countryside and mountains.
The second bedroom has 2 beds 90x200cm, a large wardrobe and bedside table, its window overlooks the countryside and mountains.

Overall a lovely place to stay.The welcome of.basic items such water and fruit was a nice touch The connection to the internet on our phones and tablet helped.The recommendation of the local-fish restaurant was spot on. we enjoyed our meals there. Struggled with the tv reception. This was solved by using our home code for Netflix..We were very happy with our stay at this property.

Très bien reçu, très bonnes prestations. Idéalement situé pour visiter la totalité de l île à 1h15 des sites les plus éloignés. En 1 semaine nous avons fait tous les sites intéressants. Proche de l'aéroport sud. Zone commerciale à proximité. Tout était parfait

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Alles vorhanden, was gebraucht werden könnte. Leider ein kleines Manko, dass kein Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse vorhanden war. So konnte diese ab dem Vormittag bis zum Abend kaum genutzt werden.

All good (except internet)

We stayed month. The apartment is simply furnished, but you definitely have everything you need. The stove, fridge and washing machine all worked super. The fly screens in front of all the windows and doors were particularly practical. The barbecue on the terrace is also great and we used it a lot. :-) There are a few steps inside and outside, but you quickly get used to them and don't stumble anymore. We definitely recommend a rental car. The apartment is located in a small mountain village and the bus connections are quite irregular. Sometimes you are lucky, sometimes you have to wait 3 hours at the bus stop... In the next city (Las Chafiras) there is an Aldi that is actually always open and in the village itself you can at least buy water, because you can't drink that on the Canary Islands ;-) If you like being out and about and don't want to sit in your apartment all the time, the accommodation is great. The only drawback was the internet. Although the description says that it works great, it often didn't work. The router is in the house next door, which is why you can't restart it yourself, but have to wait until the landlord arrives (but he was there quickly when we let him know). I had to work for a few days and the internet is useless for that. If you want to google something or look at Instagram in between, it's good enough for that, but Video-Calls for example doesn't work and the connection often dops out. Knowing that, we would definitely come back :-)

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Vom Check in bis Checkout alles reibungslos; sehr netter Kontakt; ruhige Lage, jedoch Mietwagen erforderlich, um Ausflüge und ein Einkäufe durchzuführen. gute Ausgangs-Lage für Ausflüge. Supermarkets in nächster Nähe mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, Flughafen in nächster Nähe. Sehr gut, eigener Parkplatz; je nach Aussentemperatur können die Wohn- und Schlafräume in der Nacht etwas kühl sein, daher lieber einen Pulli mitnehmen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, Unterkunft kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Vacances du 13 au 23 février 2024.

Petite maison (2 chambres) très propre avec parking privé. Elle est très bien équipée , avec une bonne literie (pour 4 personnes) et situé au calme. La propriétaire (Juana ,espagnole) est très chaleureuse et le beau-fils (Bris ,français) est très sympa et professionnel. Nous y retournerons !

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Den Saft aus den uns überlassenen Orangen aus dem Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr Weiter zu empfehlen. Ein Mietwagen ist aber zwingend erforderlich.

Idealny początek do zwiedzania wyspy

Świetne mieszkanie położone w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - tylko kilkanaście minut od lotniska. Plusem jest to, że miejscowość nie znajduje się na podejściu do lądowania na lotnisku, więc nie słychać samolotów. Świetne miejsce do zatrzymania się dla tych, co chcą zwiedzać Teneryfę na własną rękę samochodem.

Klein, aber fein, absolute Ruhe !

Alles so wie beschrieben. Es fehlte an nichts. Alles sehr sauber. Vom Hausherrn mit viel Liebe zum Detail alles erklärt bekommen, was man in einer fremden Wohnung wissen muß. Für 2 Personen absolut perfekt, zur Not auch noch mit 2 Kindern. Genial der eigene Parkplatz 3 Meter vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .....

We have stayed in Las Zocas before Juana made us feel very welcome, it was immaculately clean, a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils and appliances. The landscape around the property was breathtaking, very quite. Exactly what we needed. Thank you for your hospitality.

Ferienwohnung in Las Zochas

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Las Zochas. Ein unbedeutender Ort, was aber von uns explizit ausgewählt war. Trotz Flughafen Nähe war davon überhaupt nichts zu hören. Da wir wandern, war die Lage super. Zu allen Touren nur kurze Fahrzeit mit dem Mietwagen. Dadurch auch die nur wenig entfernten Supermärkte gut zu erreichen. Die Spanier bauen natürlich immer, so dass wir vom Nachbarhaus mit Baulärm konfrontiert wurden. Die Wohnung präsentierte sich wie auf den Bildern. Natürlich sieht man vor Ort das die Renovierung schon eine Weile her ist und Benutzungszeichen deutlich sichtbar sind. Den Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine fand ich etwas oll, sonst konsequent IKEA Style und spanische Fliesenkühle von Kopf bis Fuß. Das muss man wissen und was warmes zum anziehen dabei haben. Es gab EINEN kleinen Heizlüfter der uns etwas behagliche Atmosphäre an den Abenden verschaffte. Natürlich ist im Januar auch bisschen Winter auf den Kanaren. Also eine einfache Wohnung mit gutem Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Für 2 Wochen würde ich sie allerdings nicht nochmal mieten. Es fehlte einfach mehr Gemütlichkeit. Aber das ist ein allgemeines Problem bei spanischen Unterkünften.

Zum zweiten Mal: Wunderschöner Urlaub in Las Zocas

Wir haben das Haus bewusst zum zweiten Mal für unseren Urlaub ausgewählt. Wer Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben!!! Wir werden wiederkommen. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto mieten, denn sonst ist es etwas schwierig, von dort aus Unternehmungen zu starten.

Another wonderful stay in Las Zocas

Not our first time staying in the property. The house was very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and surroundings. A quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the tourism on the coast, yet very easy to drive down to the coast and join in if you want to. Perfectly located for ease of getting both to and from the airport along with visiting el Tiede and the Tiede national park.
