“La atención por Wats desde el inicio de la reserva es buena pero ya cuando estás ahí la verdad es nula !!! No está mal el lugar solo que se ve abandonado, el bote de basura del baño, las manijas de la puerta del baño y la llave del lavabo están en malas condiciones, las camas muy duras nada cómodas, los controles de la TV ya tenían las pilas oxidadas, por lo que no pudimos ni prenderla no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y dormir con los ventanales abiertos no se me hace nada seguro, hay……

“This property is tucked away in a quiet area of San Miguel de Allende. Mauricio met us at the door and helped us get our bags to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. He went over the breakfast schedule and stayed in constant communication with us throughout. ”

“Incredibly disappointing stay. This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. ”
