"Heaters not working in whole hotel. They offer space-heaters."

"This motel was unkept. They use a robot vacuum to clean the hallways. It doesn't work. Lint and hair everywhere. The sign at the front desk, "we do not provide daily house keeping" there was no hand soap in the room. The motel provides in room coffee. It was not replaced after the first day. We stayed for six days. We will choose another motel when in San Antonio next time."

"A comfortable stay! I’ve been here before, but this time the quality was very apparent. The front desk personnel were always very inviting. The staff throughout the hotel were all so very friendly! Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. The location was great with restaurants , gas, and shopping very close. I’d certainly stay here again. "
