“Our son was graduating from Berkeley Law School and we needed a place to accommodate a large group (10) of his friends and family. This house worked extremely well with easy access to both UC Berkely as well as San Francisco. The West Oakland Bart station was a short walk away. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, but had no problems and we were always able to find street parking either directly in front of or very close to the house. “Overall this property served its purpose. The area was a little rough around the edges but the location was convenient for getting both to Berkeley and San Francisco. The property was is some need of repairs. The gas dryer was not connected to gas and didn’t have any heat, the kitchen was functional but some of the cabinets were falling apart. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample for our group of seven.”

“I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. The dirt and dust everywhere was really disappointing. I vacuumed the apartment twice and wiped down the surfaces and was shocked at how black the wipes were. The fridge and freezer were full of……
