「Checkin was frustrating. The receptionist was rude and not very informative. He acted as though I’ve never checked into a hotel, very condescending. I told him it was difficult to find, because the Expedia listing doesn’t list the name. He didn’t care. The checkout was at 10, the earliest over ever seen.」
