“The hotel was nice and so was the staff. Originally I had an issue with our original room but I spoke with the nice lady up front and she resolved my issue without any complications. Everyone at the hotel was also very nice and our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was nice with a pool view and I enjoyed their fresh breakfast which was different every day and they had a lady cooking fresh eggs your way. Overall we had a good stay. ”

“Mienten en la informacion que brindan, el parqueo es limitado no lo tienen disponible, te dicen que dejes el vehículo en la calle y estas expuestos a multas por la policía o a robos, la encargada es pésima y no te resuelve el problema, el lugar es una residencia y hay que pedir permiso a la caseta de seguridad para entrar y salir, Expedia no comprueba la información de este hotel y mienten al cliente y no te resuelven la devoluciones”

“The place is great, clean with a beautiful View. The road to get there is very narrow and uphill so definitely need 4x4 a small car might not make it. The shops are near by which it’s great. I would definitely recommend. ”

“Terrible service from Hilton. I've stayed at the Hilton many times and the quality of service has gone down drastically. In December I paid for 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a room with one queen and one twin size. I didn't get reimbursed for the different room we got. April, I had the same situation happen. They recieved payment for a room with 2 queen size beds, and they did not provide the room we paid . They stated it was because they overbooked, what a coincidence the same……

“Alejandro made this stay great, excellent customer approach and extremely helpful. btw. garden views are not truly private garden views, its a display on the hallway. There is not plugin in bath tube too :-(”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had some medication that needed to be in a fridge and the staff accommodated moving a small fridge to our room . Also they served us a very delicious complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel close to a lot of restaurants and nightlife.”

“La habitación no tenía teléfono, por lo que cada vez que se pedía algo, había que bajar a la recepción a pedir ayuda. El desayuno era básico. Unos días incluía solo un huevo, y otros días incluía 2 huevos. Las cortinas son muy pequeñas, NO cubren toda la ventana.”
