If you’re looking to be in the heart of El Tunco, this is the place to be. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great food. I came as a single traveller and never felt alone once. Staff were always there to help. I will definitely be back. Fun nightlife and safe to walk freely among the town in the evening. I would like to thank everyone at La Roca Sunzal for a great memory, being that it was my first time in El Salvador! Thank you!

Roca Sunzal was amazing! Everything was steps away from restaurants, bars, live music, the beach, the pool, souvenir shops, guided tours and tattoo parlors! Room was clean and service was exceptional! They were very attentive to our needs! The airport shuttle (for a fee) was excellent and on time. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Wir haben fünf Nächte in einem modernen, frisch renovierten Zimmer genossen. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte einen schönen Balkon. Highlights waren das sehr gute Frühstück und das Restaurant mit Strandblick. Ein großes Lob an das professionelle und extrem freundliche Personal, das uns sogar bei Extrawünschen (Dateien drucken) sofort geholfen hat. Parkplätze gibt es genug. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The hotel very nice, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, front desk staff not helpful, didn't understand why can't use the towels on the beach I was told would be charged I said you are a hotel on a beach how is it not possible to use the towel in the beach also you only have 4 chairs in the pool for a hotel with about 40 rooms, I asked if they had beach chairs or towels for the beach available or for rent, she suggested to go to one of the stores and buy one, bad customer service. Also asked for u e because your rooms don't have fridges she said they don't give out ice that I could ask in the restaurant and see if they would give me some, when I asked at the rest (which by the way much more courteous and friendly then the front desk) they told.me.with pleasure would give me ice, he said they had these small cooler with that purpose confirming that the person I front was just not wanting to help me Sorry but a really bad customer service. The facilities pretty nice but left with a very bad taste do to the customer service of your girls in the front desk.
