Great place just had what i needed a bed &shower a bit small but okay and a tv very clean place loction is great 10 mins to old town and 2mis to the beach front in san sebastian host is very goog and very hepful.it does not do breakfast a but plently places to eat near by.would defentily stay here anging 5* also bar near by very cheap €9 for vokda&coke in old town€11.50 for same drink Thank you to lnaki

Great place; Great location

Excellent stay. Everything was recently updated and comfortable. Location was also great and the staff was super nice as well. This was the best place I’ve stayed in Donostia in many visits.

Very clean and staff were fabulous! The street below is loud (which we knew from previous reviews but were surprised at how late the noise went). Thankfully the balcony doors are excellent sound barriers but we had to have the A/C on all night The location is excellent for exploring old town and the 2 mountains. We greatly appreciated all the delicious food and gracious character of the city.

The staffs are dedicated and responsible which makes the stay a bonus. Safe and clean. Good location where you go to the beach and the old town in a couple of minutes. It’s recommended for the travellers to stay.

First, the proprietor, Inaki, was the best. He gave us a warm welcome at check in and explained everything about the property. The location is fantastic..2 blocks from beautiful beach and less than 10 minutes from the Old Town. The room was so clean as was the bathroom and the whole Pensione. The price is excellent compared to other hotels in the area. We loved the little balcony overlooking a cute street. I highly recommend this pensione and would stay here again for sure. Muchas Gracias, Inaki.

Excellent Location

Amazing accommodation in the heart of San Sebastián near the beach. Very clean, small but fine for stay to explore the area. Staff were excellent and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned.
