「The staffs are dedicated and responsible which makes the stay a bonus. Safe and clean. Good location where you go to the beach and the old town in a couple of minutes. It’s recommended for the travellers to stay. 」

「Great location. Friendly staff. Clean.」

「The room is very very dark with minimal lighting. No kettle in room, water is not replenished the next stay.」

「The staff was really good but bear in mind that the reception only operated in certain hours and must inform the host if you’ll arrive early. The shower was not the best as the water splashes out easily since there’s no door. Location is amazing.」

「Very clean, great location, very friendly staff」

「La habitación limpia, muy céntrico y accesible」

「Todo bien. Solo que hay obra enfrente . Pero no hubo ruido」

「Great location in downtown San Sebastián. We really just wanted some beach days and pintxos and this location delivered! Lucas was very helpful with recommendations.」

「This is beautifully situated, right near Kursaal and the beach, relatively close the Old Town. Nice quiet street」

「Good location, clean But please change the bed in room 1, its cracked and broken」

「The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x」
