Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with 60 square meters of living space spread across two levels on the 1st floor. The apartment features a beautiful and modern design. On the main level, there is a living/dining room with a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, gas stove, toaster, and kettle. Both the living/dining room and kitchen have access to a balcony. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet on this level. Upstairs, you will find one double bedroom with sloping ceilings and another room with sloping ceilings that accommodates two beds. There is a separate toilet on the upper floor as well.
Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. Gas heating is available, but it is important to note that heating is only provided between October 15th and April 30th. The floors are made of natural stone, adding to the apartment's charm. Outside, you can enjoy the 10 square meter balcony, which is furnished for your comfort.
