The sleeping area offers a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, both with wardrobe space. A bathroom with shower and washing machine is available, along with a convenient guest toilet. Air conditioning is provided in the living area.

The villa is free on all four sides and surrounded by a private garden of approximately 110 sqm, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The covered veranda, furnished with a dining table, is perfect for enjoying alfresco meals after a day at the beach. A private parking space with gate is also available.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
- If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and paid at the end of the stay.
- A security deposit will be required at check-in and held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present and under the guest’s name).
- The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank).
- In case of damage or rule violations, a corresponding amount may be withheld.
TOURIST TAX

- A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract is in Italian; a courtesy English translation will be provided.
KEY COLLECTION
Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE SEPARATION
A door-to-door waste sorting system is active. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of all waste properly before departure.
