Friendly but unobtrusive host. Very comfortable accommodation, in a fairly minimalistic, modern style, but reasonably equipped. Conveniently placed at walking distance of beach and amenities, but in a residential area. Airy and bright apartment, cool thanks to breeze flowing through and/or air conditioning. Large terrace, excellent for eating breakfast/lunch/dinner. The road at the back has a bit of traffic, but with a closed terrace door it was not a problem.

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, sehr laut wg. der Straße. In einem Schlafzimmer, welches direkt am Bad liegt wird man jedes mal von der Toilettenspülung geweckt. Betten sehr bequem, Hand- u. Badehandtücher sehr gut u. frisch. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage, ca. 8 min vom Strand u. 10 min von der Innenstadt. Der Vermieter war freundlich gut erreichbar, hat unseres Problem ( Stuhl in der Küche defekt u. Abfluss verstopft) schnell erledigt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen, besonders die beiden Balkone und dass sie so geräumig ist. Die Lage ist an sich super, nicht weit zum Strand und in die Altstadt, nachts hört man jedoch recht laut die Autos der angrenzenden Hauptstraße.

Walking distance from La Cinta

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s great size for a family of four and it even has a sofa bed in the sitting area for an extra two people. Location is good even though the main bedroom faces the main road of the village but it’s reasonably quiet . The host Alessandro was very welcoming and we were allowed to check out later to suit our flight

Hellhöriges Apartment zwischen zwei stark befahrenen Straßen

Das Apartment hat uns bei der Buchung von den Bildern gut gefallen, da es ordentlich aussah. Beim einchecken mussten wir dann allerdings feststellen, dass das Apartment zwischen zwei hoch frequentierten Straßen liegt was aufgrund der hellhörigkeit des Apartments selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr laut war. Hinzu kommt das in diesem Ferienort eine Ballermann ähnliche Atmosphäre herrscht, so dass die ganze Nacht über laut grölenden Horden Betrunkener am Apartment vorbei ziehen. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist von eben diesem Clientel gezeichnet. Die Sauberkeit im Apartment war nur oberflächlich und besonders in der Küche verbreitete sich ein Modergeruch beim öffnen von Schränken und speziell der Spülmaschine. Wer ein ruhiges und sauberes Apartment sucht ist mit dieser Wahl falsch beraten!
