「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

「Das Hotel liegt circa 10 Minuten Autofahrt von der Stadt. Es gibt kein Restaurants in der nahe und man braucht ein Auto für das Abendessen oder den Strand. Es gibt einen Bus Service von dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber es ist nicht wirklich ein 4 Sterne Hotel Zimmer. Man kriegt nur Showergel. Die Personals beim Frühstücken waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war okay. Das Pool ist sehr gut aber man muss den Badetücher von dem Hotel mieten. 30 Euro pro Woche...

「Beautiful property. We had a car so needed to drive to see other beaches , restaurants etc. Our room was clean but very outdated. You had to leave a deposit of 20 euros per beach towel. None of the beach towels matched, they looked as if they were left behind my guests at some point. We arrived around 1 after we landed in Olbia. We could not get a beach chair. The resort only had 10-12 on the beach. Absurd considering the number of guests! There are a decent number of lounge chairs by the pool...

「I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is absolutely not a four-star experience. The amenities are far below a four-star standard, and the equipment is also subpar. We had ongoing issues with the door—so much so that for the first two nights, it wouldn’t stay closed, and we had to contact maintenance multiple times. It was so unsafe that we literally had to sleep with the door open. Additionally, there is no 24-hour reception—we had to collect our keys ourselves at 3 a.m. from...

「Super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!! Das Zimmer war in Ordnung aber nicht auf dem neuesten Stand und etwas verwohnt. Die Sauberkeit war an sich gut, aber es waren Verfärbungen auf den Handtüchern und der Bettdecke. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.」
