The beautiful Villa LUNA ROSSA with private outdoor pool is located in San Teodoro, just 5 minutes from La Cinta beach. This modern villa with sea view features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor with independent entrance, and 2 upstairs), 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 additional bathroom upstairs, accommodating up to 11 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fireplace, and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation also offers a cot and high chair on request and for an extra fee. The pool is open year-round but is not heated.



The highlight of the villa is its 2,200 m² private garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Here you’ll find a pool, a partially covered terrace, and a garden. Relax on sun loungers under the umbrella by the pool, or cool off in the pool or under the outdoor shower. Several shaded areas are available for outdoor dining, including a balcony where you can enjoy meals prepared on the grill with your loved ones.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an extra fee.



Villa LUNA ROSSA offers a high degree of privacy, fully surrounded by oleander plants over 2.5 meters tall. The house has only two neighbors, one on each side, but their homes are distant and shielded by tall plants.
