Excellent also for train travelers, you can reach the pulsating heart of the marina on foot with the main catering services, bars, sandwich shops, pharmacies, mini markets... in short, everything you are looking for is just a few minutes from your accommodation. Your stay will be a pleasant dream!

Ground floor with a small living room, bathroom with shower and two rooms with single beds.
The first floor has a well-equipped kitchen, a large terrace where you can enjoy your lunch breaks, dinners or breakfasts, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
