You will have a pleasant stay in this 45 m² duplex T3 apartment for 4-5 people located in a small residence.

This apartment is ideally located in a quiet area, in the heart of the pine forest, 200 m from Beaucours beach, 1 km from Dorée beach (Bandol bay), 1.5 km from Portissol (Sanary) beach and a large wooded park, 2 km from the center of Sanary-sur-Mer and its port.

It consists of two bedrooms: one on the access level with a double bed and a closet, the other on the mezzanine with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a sitting area. The bathroom and WC are separated at the access level.

Pleasant living room facing west / southwest with its fitted kitchen area. You will spend pleasant moments on the closed loggia with double glazed windows: you will enjoy the magnificent view.

This apartment has all the comforts: quality bedding, washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, TV, DVD player, mini-chain, heating, vacuum cleaner, ...

A private parking space is available.
Non-smoking rental, disabled access difficult, pets not allowed, household linen and sheets not included. Cleaning and rental of sheets optional.

Nous avons eu accès à 5 plages différentes à pieds, max 20 minutes de marche, soit sable, soit galets. De très beaux fond marins à voir avec masque et tuba. Calme, tte commodité à proximité. Appartement bien aménagé et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.

Très bon séjour

Le descriptif de l’annonce est conforme à la réalité sur place. Appartement agréable et proche de la plage. Attention plage de galets donc prévoir des « chaussons » spéciaux. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller sur Sanary centre. Par contre grosse galère pour se garerne. La municipalité ne fait pas trop d’effort en terme de parking. Merci à Sandrine pour l’accueil au top.

Bon séjour. Bonne communication. Présence appréciée des produits menagers et petite épicerie. Correspond bien à l'annonce. La chambre en mezzanine est spatieuse et agréable. La loggia et la salle de bains sont un peu petites.

Enttäuschend

Die Enttäuschung begann schon beim ersten Eindruck Es ist alles viel enger als es in den Fotoas wirkt. Die Wohnung wird als "geeignet für 4-5 Pesonen" beschrieben. Das entspricht zwar den verfügbaren Schlafgelegenheiten, aber wer will schon als 5. Person auf einer kleinen Schlafcouch mitten im Wohnzimmer nächtigen ? Die sehr steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist defintiv nicht für ältere Personen geeignet. Selbst wir beide mit rüsstigen 67 Jahren haben das möglichst vermieden. Ein Herd mit 2 Flammen ist definitiv zu wenig, um einer 5köpfigen Belegschaft eine Mahlzeit zu produzieren, gleiches gilt für den viel zu kleinen Küchentisch, der nach Auszug zudem noch eine Stufe enthält. Die vorhandenen Bestecke sind alt und abgenutzt, zum Bestreichen eines Brotes gab es genau 1(!) Messer mit nicht vorne spitzer Klinge. Dazu gibt es in der Küche und auch im Wohnzimmer viel zu wenig Ablageflächen für tägliche Gebrauchsgegenstände oder Lebensmittel, erst recht für 5 Personen, und wir waren nur zu zweit. Die vorhandenen 4 (!) Stühle sind alt und zeigen Abnutzungserscheinungen in Form von Verkleidungen, die nach unten durchhängt. Die Duschentür schließt nicht gut, man muss da schon ein wenig "zureden". In der Toilette fehlt ein Handwaschbecken. Es gäbe noch einiges mehr zu erzählen, leider ist die maximale Zeichenzahl hier erschöpft. Fragen gerne über Fewo-direkt. Nach 2 Tagen wollte ich schon eine andere Wohnung finden, Kosten egal. Fazit: Nie wieder

Il posto è molto bello e l'appartamento è situato un una zona molto traquilla, in mezzo al verde. L'Host è stato gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, è dotato di tutto il necessario, pulito e confortevole. A piedi si può raggiungere rapidamente una spiagga con ghiaia. Con l'auto, in pochi minuti, si arriva alle belle spiagge di Sanary sur mer e di Bandol. Consigliato

+ ruhig, kein Durchgangsverkehr + super Wohnungsübergabe durch Sandrine, freundlich, hilfsbereit, gut zu erreichen und super pünktlich + Wohnung und Küche gut ausgestattet, alles da was man so braucht + neue Elektrogeräte + gute Betten + naher Strand, gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Badeschuhe empfehlenswert, da Kiesstrand - kein Meerblick mehr, da die Bäume mittlerweile hochgewachsen sind - Kurtaxe wurde extra berechnet, war nicht im Preis enthalten - im Sommer wäre Klimaanlage wünschenswert Wolfgang V.

Pour un séjour court à deux c était très bien. Sauf les travaux dans les appartements voisins. Deux petits problèmes : les places de stationnement trop exigues et l absence de local à poubelles dans la résidence. Pour le reste RAS et la jeune femme qui nous a assisté à notre arrivée et au départ a été super.

A améliorer!!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement qui est appréciable avec son balcon et baie vitrée qui donne vue sur la mer. En revanche, il manque quelques équipements de base comme un épluche légumes, éminceur... La tuyauterie de la douche est vétuste, poignée et barre de douche ne tiennent plus, il faudrait les changer... Le gros point noir étant la voisine du dessous qui est pas très propre et qui laisse ces détritus dehors dans son jardin, ce qui est fort désagréable pour les odeurs nauséabondes et les mouches qui remontent dans l'appartement...

Apparemment très agréable au calme

Accueil très agréable de Sandrine. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé et bien situé pour qui aime le calme. La mezzanine est un vrai plus par son volume. Un peu loin de tout peut-être, mais c'est le prix de à payer pour ne pas profiter des bruits de la ville. La vue sur la mer est un peu occultée par des pins, mais il n'y a pas de voisins directs, on se sent chez soi. La plage à proximité est une petite crique de galets, facilement abordable à pied, mais peu confortable. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable, qui aurait été parfaite avec un rafraîchisseur d'air et une moustiquaire au niveau de la véranda. Je recommande.

Appartement avec un bon potentiel mais manque d'entretien. Volet de chambre ne ferme plus. Vaisselle ébréchée . Vue non conforme aux photos la végétation à beaucoup poussé. Ménage très moyen.
