This renovated, air-conditioned studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). It includes a living area with:

a separate sleeping nook with an 80 x 180 cm bed (for one person only, max 80 kg);

a bathroom with a shower;

a fully equipped kitchen;

a lounge area with a sofa bed;

a loggia with a dining table and chairs.

You’ll especially appreciate its practicality and brightness.

For your comfort, you will have access to: Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, air fryer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 beach umbrellas, and 2 adult bikes available in the bike storage room (Building B).
Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee.

## Emplacement
Known as the world city of diving, Sanary-sur-Mer is a city in the South of France. On the edge of the Mediterranean, the city offers a resurgent landscape, between sea and greenery. You can also walk along the docks of the port and discover the small traditional fishing boats, the “pointus”. Its charming pedestrian streets will lead you to multiple fashion boutiques, craft shops and art galleries.
