The residence is located facing the sea, and offers access to a small cove 20 meters from the apartment. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of the open kitchen and the living room dining room. This entire space opens onto the terrace. For the sleeping area, a staircase leads to the duplex bedroom. A real independent bedroom, spacious and closed. It is composed of a 160x200 bed. For amenities, you have a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. The entire rental has been recently renovated. Regarding the exteriors, you have a terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as several deckchairs. This allows you to enjoy your meals in the sun on the terrace. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The apartment has an internet box with Wi-Fi. You'll find a pétanque court and an outdoor shower in the condominium, convenient for returning from the beach or for those who get hot during a game. The rental is ideally located 20m from a small cove and harbor, 300m from the sandy beaches, 1200m from the shops, and 2400m from the town. You can park your vehicle in the secure, free, and ample parking lot and leave it alone during your vacation. This is the ideal rental for a family, couples, couples with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to explore the region without having to touch their vehicles during their vacation. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of 5€ per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It is not cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
