「We have been staying in Eatonton on lake oconee or Sinclair for the last 3 years, in search of a home our whole family fits in comfortably and enjoys equally. THIS IS IT! Third time is a charm and we are already discussing dates for next July! The house was fantastic, so clean, and had everything we could possibly need plus more! (The kids kayaks were a hit too!) 」

「Perfect private getaway!! Would definitely recommend!」

「The property is beautiful. The water is so warm. The house was cozy and inviting. The host has left us a beautiful card and fresh flowers. The screened in porch made enjoying the night air so much more pleasant. The fire pit is right on the edge of the water so you could enjoy the view. We didn't realize the fire pit area could be lit up until the night before we left. We will definitely be trying to plan to return next year 」

「The RV was clean and well stocked with essentials. The property was peaceful and had a great view of Lake Sinclair. We were visiting relatives nearby, so it worked out great as a home base for us. Jason was very responsive and knew the area well.」

「Property was as advertised. Easy access to the grill at the marina and also to oconee springs park. Literally in the middle. Quiet cove. You will get some leg muscles climbing the hill up to hoise from the dock. Overall was a great stay. 」
