「Excellent hotel. Clean and everything was in working order. Only downsides were the highway traffic was noisy at night and the elevators tend to be slow. Faster to take the stairs when possible.」

「The staff is super friendly & accommodating. The property is clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants to choose from (quick eats to nice steakhouse). We ate at multiple restaurants at Santa Ana Star and they were all very good. The pool area is nice and clean as well. We will definitely be back.」

「The majority of the staff were great and made our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience at the pool bar was disappointing and could definitely use improvement.
The biggest issue was the inconsistency in how the bar’s serving policies were enforced. The staff were not very friendly, and the rules seemed to change depending on the guest. At one point, the bar closed early because other guests were intoxicated, even though they also had a stated limit on the number of drinks they would...
