The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Ingrid and Jean-Paul are wonderfully warm and welcoming. Despite the snow and cold, Jean-Paul came out to greet us personally and gave detailed instructions so we could fully enjoy our stay. Their kindness truly made us feel at home. “We had an amazing stay at this beautiful château in the countryside of the Loire Valley. The host was welcoming & friendly and very informative, helping us with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see as well as some history on her home which has been in her family for 18 generations. Having come from busy, crowded and loud Paris (which we loved as well), Château de la Giraudière was exactly what we needed next; quiet, fresh air and a small village environment.
