It is based on whether we have a customer prior or after so that we can give our Housekeepers time to make the house wonderful. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the guests that left right before you damaged the grill and we were unable to get it. Repaired with only a few hours in between check out and check in. So sorry for the inconvenience. It is back up and running, however.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately most places in Sandpoint do you have trains run by. It’s just where it’s positioned. I do have that listed in my description. I’m sorry that it was an inconvenience Or that you didn’t see that. We all love the trains :-)

Thank you so much for your nice review. The single bed is a trundle under the bed in the second bedroom. We also provide the air mattress as an additional queen bed. Sorry if you had some trouble.

First of all, we take great offense at your title. We try very hard to be honest and fair and top-notch hosts and our other reviews speak to that The actions displayed by not informing us of the damage to our unit is what is dishonest..We always appreciate constructive criticism as it allows us to better the experience however, throughout this stay this Guest appeared to have a fine time and did not make any complaints except for the concern With the Wi-Fi and the door lock, which would have been remedied had they read the rules or the messages. All other issues reported in the review were never brought to our attention. The damage to our unit was not reported to us by the guest, but by our maintenance teams. We are not saying that we never have damage, but typically the guest will contact us prior to their leaving and offer to pay for the damage. With this courtesy we usually do not even charge the customer. Based upon communication from our guest on the day of departure, you did not leave two days early. Stating so is dishonest The WiFi rules in our listing specifically state Wi-Fi is satellite and very iffy and we cannot guarantee it. The welcome message clearly states that for the RemoteLock, gently pulling the door towards you allows the door to disengage. It is user error not the door error As far as the many broken items that were left, once my maintenance person looked at them, he surmised that maintenance was not the problem but that the users were at fault. We also charged the minimum possible charge upon discovery for repair and didn’t charge for One of the items. As a fellow property owner, you surely know that not communicating an issue until well after your departure suggest that it was not an issue during your stay. As such, issues would’ve been addressed immediately to insure a pleasant visit. Also as a fellow property owner you realize that communication is key to a successful experience. Not hearing anything until after the stay is over denies us of the opportunity to address those items. To come up with a minute issue list after being notified of a request to pay for damages, suggests that this may be a Retaliatory review. We are truly sorry if this stay did not meet your expectations. I gave you an honest and fair review without Mentioning the broken items, since we discussed prior. That is how dishonest I am. I’m sorry you feel the need To retaliate because you were called upon to take responsibility.
