Beautiful, clean, cozy home!
We were in town for 3 days of training and this house was great I plan on staying here anytime I come back to town. Amenities were great, house was warm and clean and the owners kept the snow shoveled and nice off street parking. Five stars from us!

Just perfect!
Super cute little house with very thoughtful amenities. The entire house is well stocked and nicely decorated. Best part was that it was really clean! It was the perfect landing spot for our family for a long weekend. My teenager especially appreciated the oversized (full) bunk bed. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in ideal location
This place had everything we needed for our family of 4 (plus our dog) for our stay in Sandpoint. Owner made everything so easy from check in to check out. The house was completely spotless upon arrival - so well kept. Great yard with relaxing back patio for morning coffee and/or evening cocktails. Perfect location as you can walk everywhere to downtown Sandpoint……or you can just take the bikes provided to travel anywhere you want. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Jen for a great stay!!

Beautiful home in an excellent spot
What a great home in a great location! We loved our stay here with our 2 dogs. The yard was all fenced in and charming. It was nice to be able to access it through the house instead of having to go outside first to get to a separate fenced in area like I've experienced at a few other places. The home is so cute and charming and decorated nicely. It's in a great location, easy to walk to town. We had a couple weird things happen during our stay but the owners were very responsive and we got it figured out/handled so it wasn't a big deal. The bed was comfy, my only negative would be to have heavier curtains in the bedroom to block out more light, but overall it wasn't too bad. I'd recommend this place and would stay here again!

This house was the perfect size and location for our family of 4 to use as a home base for the week while we explored Schweitzer and visited friends and family. Jen was an excellent and responsive host who obviously takes great care in maintaining the property.

Conveniently Located Wonderful Home
We had such a lovely stay! The house is conveniently located, easy to find, close to town and easy to get up to Schweitzer Mountain. Everything was spotless and warm; cozy fireplace, comfortable furniture, fenced yard, and full kitchen. Netflix and Pandora were available for streaming. There is even a piano which was a fun bonus! Jen was a fantastic host. She was great at checking in on us to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and smooth. Overall we loved our time here and would definitely stay in this home again!

Relaxing week at the lake with extended family
The house is charming. It was a great home base for our family to explore Sandpoint. Downtown is within walking distance. The back yard was a great space for our kids to play. There was enough room so that in the evening, extended family could come over for evening meals. Each night, we would sit on the back porch to chat, catch up on our lives, and reminisce about the past.

This is a fairly modest home located a few blocks from the main business/recreation area of Sandpoint. We were so impressed when we arrived that the A/C had been left on to make us comfortable (it was a hot day). The kitchen and main bath were spotless and complete. There is also a bonus half-bath in the utility room which was nice to have. The bed was not large, but comfortable, and there is adequate lighting. The back porch and yard are not in great shape, but will be excellent when they are fixed up. We were very satisfied with the condition of the property and the supplies that were provided. We definitely would stay there again.

Excellent Place to Stay!
What a cozy home! We stayed here for a ski trip and it was close to town and the resort (30 min drive). The house was clean, full kitchen to cook, and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

Cute house in Sandpoint, ID.
Our group of five had a lovely time in Sandpoint and staying in this charming and quiet house. It is close to Schweitzer Ski Resort and we had an easy time driving to and from the shuttle bus parking lot. We loved exploring the town and hope to come back in the summertime.

Perfect for a getaway!
We stayed two nights, just to get away and disconnect. It was perfect. We walked in while it was rainy and cold outside, and given the age of the house, I assumed we’d walk in and it would be drafty and hard to get warm. Not so. It was perfectly cozy, not drafty at all. There was a huge sectional with inviting blankets and pillows. That’s where we stayed most of our two days. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The back yard was great for our small dog. He loved being able to roam free in the fenced yard. The whole place has been updated, nice furniture, paint, perfectly appointed. We take this trip every year during the week before Christmas. Everyone in the family agreed that this place was perfect for this trip and many more in the future!

Perfect in town location
House was very comfortable, exactly as described. Good quality and amount of kitchen supplies. Super sweet hostess even arrived to shovel the steps and driveway after our nighttime snow. Would like to come back in the summer when we can explore the cute town more.

Great location
This property is nice and in a great location. House is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Property is good for pet owners as it has a fenced in backyard. The only problem I found with this property is that it is an older home with older style windows that allow a lot of the street noises in. Not just vehicles with loud mufflers and booming radios, you will hear every car that passes during the night. Sandpoint is a railroad town and even though the nearest railroad track is several blocks away you will hear all the trains that go through town every night But, if you’re looking for a place in town where you can walk to the bars, restaurants and shops and of coarse be within walking distance to city Beach, and this is the property for you.

We’re glad you liked the house, found it well stocked and in a great location, but sorry you found it noisy. You’re correct, Sandpoint is a railroad town and you can hear the light noise of trains virtually anywhere in or near town. The tracks a few blocks away that you’re referring to aren’t in use anymore, so the nearest tracks are a half mile away. This is the first time we’ve received this feedback, but we’ll be sure to provide earplugs for now on. Thanks!

Great Place! Don't Overlook this One!
This home provided the perfect place for a family visit. Two bedrooms - comfortably sleeping 5. Plenty of couch space and just everything you need without any clutter. The home was very clean with plenty of towels and linens. We were blocks from everything in Sandpoint and a great selection of bikes allowed us to take a fun ride to see our surroundings. We didn't have a dog but if you did... perfect back yard for romping. I would stay here again without a doubt! Thanks for sharing your home!

Quick fall getaway
Cute, clean, and comfortable! Easy walk to downtown and the water. We hauled the kayak the 5 blocks to the water and went for a paddle, but were a little disappointed that the tandem bike shown in the picture was not there, just regular bikes. I would recommend bringing earplugs as one of the beds is very squeaky and the trains that come through Sandpoint blow their horns all through the night. I don't think you'd be able to escape that sound anywhere in town. Overall, great little house with everything we needed and a very helpful and responsive host.

Jen and Justin have a wonderful VRBO home and location. We could very well return in the next year or two. Only concern was the noise from road traffic (trucks) at night and early morning. The train sounds much better in comparison.

Charming central Sandpoint home
We stayed in this lovely little historic home for almost two weeks in the middle of winter. Skied at Schweitzer (using the convenient free shuttle bus). Walked to all the great pubs and restaurants in the evenings. Enjoyed the fully-stocked kitchen. The owners have opened up all the rooms, providing a spacious feel. All the windows stream in light. The gas fireplace in the dining room heats the whole house wonderfully. Great TV set-up. We especially enjoyed streaming Netflix and Pandora. Had fun playing the piano. For all the VRBO's we've rented over the years, this one is truly unique!
