perfect fit for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. Beautiful home and well appointed with everything iwe needed. We had a lot of “water-time”. Swimming out to the floating trampoline was a favorite for our 8 year old grandson. We had our own kayaks and SUP’s but also used the ones that were available with the house.Communication with rental company was flawless.

Amazing Property

Fantastic house with great management!

We spent Thanksgiving at this house and it was incredible. The views are fantastic and every view looks out at the Lake and mountains. Management is close by and very attentive to guests. We would love to stay there again.

Amazing lakefront vacation spot

Our group loved the property. It’s our second visit and we plan on coming back. Amazing views of the lake and a short trip up to Schweitzer. The property managers are extremely professional and the place is spotless.

Amazing property

I stayed here with a group of 12 adults for a ski trip and it was amazing. Everyone had their own bed, the house was well stocked with eveything needed for cooking, it was in great condition...and the views were incredible. It's also close to town and close enough to Schweitzer. I'd highly recommend this place!

Amazing house and super clean!

Right when you walk in, you can already see the attention to detail of the home. The location was great with private access to the lake, amazing kitchen and very homey. The space was perfect for my family and I and we really appreciate the thoughtfulness and cleanliness that was provided. Would stay here again!

Beauty and the beach

This was our second time staying at this location. The house is comfortable and very user friendly with a lay out that is great for families with kids. The kitchen/living room is perfectly positioned to take in the spectacular lake views. The kitchen is well appointed if you plan to cook your own meals. The property feels very secluded due to its position along the beach. There are no visible neighbors from the lake facing windows. The small private beach and firepit are ideal for evening/after dark bon fires. And the hot tub adds an extra layer of relaxation. We love this location and intend to visit again soon.

perfect vacation house

The Point at Sandpoint is an exceptional property that has everything one could want or even think of for the perfect vacation house. It is set on a beautiful piece of property facing a crystal clear lake. The house itself is fantastic, separate bedroom wing, large great room, kitchen with all the updated appliances, a large wrap deck, beach, splash pad, boat house with plenty of lake toys, a garage with bikes, ping pong table. There is nothing this vacation house does not have. Our family totally enjoyed our week at Sandpoint.

Great location for a family get away.

The home was great for a family vacation and was very liked by my family that came to have some fun. Kids loved it. Mike our manager was great at the task that I asked for to be corrected. The cleaning was a little off think do to the covid they were short handed sounded like. But we got it handled. There were always something to do for everyone even when it rained. We will stay at this house again.

Heavenly and serene getaway spot

I had the priveledge of spending a "mom's weekend away" here with 6 girlfriends. We were absolutely in love with everything about The Point. Just standing on the deck and seeing the incredible view and expanse of open water was enough to take my breath away. The rooms are all beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen and living area is the perfect spot to rest and hang out and enjoy your company. And the 270 degrees of windows in that room make for the perfect view. It doesn't get any better than this!!

Family and Friends Weekend

This home is amazing! I had to promise our group that we would one day return to the property. The excellent experience started with the managment company, they made the event a real pleasure. The house was in excellent conditioin when we arrived and the furnishings were outstanding. We had a chef that joined us for the weekend, and he was in heaven cooking in the executive kitchen. Some of our highlights included the paddle boards, kayaking, and the tremendous views from the front deck!

AMAZING 2ND VISIT TO THE POINT AT SANDPOINT!

THIS WAS OUR 2ND TRIP TO THIS AMAZING SPOT. THE HOME HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT AND IS IN PRISTINE CONDITION. THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM, WE HAD 3 FAMILIES STAY WITH ROOMS AND BATHROOMS FOR ALL. THE LOCATION ON THE LAKE AND THE VIEWS COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER. THE KIDS PLAYED IN THE WATER WITH THE KAYAKS AND PADDLEBOARDS ALL DAY!! NO ONE WANTED TO LEAVE!! WE WILL SURELY COME BACK! THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO ENJOYABLE!

Perfect Getaway

We booked the house for a relatively large group for a surprise Mother's Day weekend. The entire family couldn't stop talking about the beauty of the house and the location. All of the details of the home were well thought out and made for an extraordinary experience for all. The house is only ten minutes from town, but you wouldn't know it when you get there because the way the house is situated makes you feel the seclusion that many hope for when heading to a lake home. Awesome time overall and we hope to be back sooner than later.

Fantastic Stay at an Amazing Property

We stayed at the Point at Sandpoint property for 3 days in January and the stay was nothing short of amazing. The house itself far exceeded expectations. The house is beautiful and so well stocked with everything you can imagine (kitchen items, cleaning supplies, towels, games, etc). The beds are comfortable and the hot tub is a very nice perk. The property being on the lake is gorgeous. The lake was partially frozen but it was stunning. The drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort was quick (about 25 minutes) and the drive to Sandpoint was less than 10 minutes. I can't say enough, how great the stay was. 16 family/friends were comfortable and everyone enjoyed it. Theresa from the management company was very nice, responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back.

AMAZING! BEST VACATION EVER!!

THIS VACATION WAS INCREDIBLE! EVERY DETAIL FROM THE SPECTACULAR LOCATION RIGHT DOWN TO THE LINENS WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE REALLY ENJOYED THE AMAZING OUTSIDE FROM THE BEACH TO THE PADDLEBOARDS AND KAYAKS TO THE MANY SEATING AREAS TO TAKE IN THE AWESOME VIEWS. THE KITCHEN WAS BEAUTIFUL AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WE LOVED HOW THE GREATROOM WAS OPENED TO THE KITCHEN AND ALL THE WINDOWS WITH THE PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE WATER AND MOUNTAINS. THIS WAS MY FIRST VACATION SINCE MY ACCIDENT 14 YEARS AGO. THE HOME WAS VERY ACCESSIBLE FOR MY WHEELCHAIR. WE ALL DECIDED WE WILL CERTAINLY RETURN NEXT YEAR. THANKS KELLEE FOR MAKING OUR VACATION PERFECT!
