Check in attendant said “ Expedia never charges your card so I am charging your card 895 right now” I asked for another towel and they said I would have to pay for it Breakfast is horrible. Eggs were cold. Hashbrowns were still frozen. The gentleman that checked us out was very polite and nice. But the guy that checked, the sand was very rude and couldn’t understand the word he said. Area seemed unsafe in general. Lots of vagrants hanging around outside. Why stay here?

Our room was not ready until 9:45 pm. The toilet and bathroom walls, floors, tabletops and backs of doors were not clean and the room was in serious need of a deep cleaning. I was very glad to have clean linens and bedding. The overall condition of the room was nice, just needed a good cleaning. Maybe they were short staffed. Seems to be the trend these days.

The room was clean and the service was good but the hotel needs some serious upkeep. The floor tiles in the bathroom and entry area were loose and moved when I walked on them. The curtains were torn. The couch was terribly stained.

Our guests did not like the fact that thwy had to ask for towels because there weren't any in the room whwn they arrived. The room also seemed a little crampwd for apace. They did enjoy the comfortable beds and very comfortable pillows.
