Hot tub grit and gravel at the bottom Room - microwave full of old burritos and pizza Massive yellow tinged stain on br floor Brown line going down br wall White long hair on toliet in bath tub Yellow stains on blankets- little bitty black specks on sheets- read fine print- advertised dogs are free - actually service dogs are free- had $30 pet fee, $30 fee for my 13year old-plus 100 deposit for night- booked on Expedia - owner came to room like 2 minutes cleaned out food in micro and sprayed cleaner on spot on floor.(and left). We had linen from home laying on top of comforter- we could not sleep- smelled like smoke in the room and hallway. Finally at 1am we packed and left for home. We were there to go to kahlahari a mile down the road - we chose them because they allowed pets but I wouldn’t leave him there- the room obviously wasn’t cleaned at a pet had already been there evidently from dog hair and spot on the carpet. We checked out with night manager- I showed her all the pics of the nastiness of the room- she apologized and gave me the owner number. I called about 11am - I asked for a refund he said no and hung up. That’s it. We are exhausted we drove 2 hours to get home- I’m still coughing from the cigarette smell - i have a sore throat and my son never got to meet up with classmates at the Kahlahari. Avoid - friends

The ac in the room didn't work. We called front desk about it and he just said you have to let it warm up at first then in the middle of the night it just completely broke and stopped blowing any type of air. I want a jacuzzi tub in my room so I got a room with one and the jacuzzi didn't even work. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel.
