We liked that this property was kept clean and felt safe during our stay. The only negative was the indoor pool. It felt very unsafe after seeing kids daily take a fall due to the wetness of the floor. Staff was very hospitable. The hotel is very well maintained. Food was also excellent. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Front desk staff and restaurant waiters were all lovely. Menu prices were a bit overpriced, but overall, the atmosphere and ambiance were great. The pool bar staff was friendly and prompt as well. It’s a beautiful place would not mind going back again i enjoyed the pool and the fitness room they had, but the second day i was there, i ended up getting charged 500$ from the resort for no reason when i had booked this resort in may so i talked to the staff and they told me they didn’t see anything, so i contacted Expedia and sent them a statement of the change, they told me they will get to the bottom of this and they told me ill get my money back in 3-5 business days.
