"WiFi was unreliable. Difficult to get on WiFi and once you connect and start using the WiFi the WiFi disconnects you. Try to go back onto the WiFi and you have to refresh your computer 3 times before you can see their WiFi to connect to. My husband and I ended up using our hotspots to connect to the internet. Housekeeping had to be requested before 10:00am. Housekeeping came in picked up all the dirty towels, washcloths and hand towel. Left fresh towels, washcloths, hand towel, bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Did not make the bed. We had to empty the dehumidifier several times during our two night stay as the dehumidifier filled up quickly. The property is quiet."

"This place is ready for a nice vacation, I was there for a week celebrating our 42 anniversary and the room with the jetted tub was 100% perfect. The only complaint that I have is the same same breakfast every day"

"Nice location right across from boat ramp and lake. Pretty inside very clean. Only minor issues bathroom sink plug did not work. Otherwise really wonderful stay!"

"We had a great time. It was perfectly located. The pool was great to have after the beach and on days we didn’t feel like packing up to go. The house was a great size to accommodate all of us. 6 adults and 2 grankids plus a dog. Made great memories. My only negative is there was only I trash barrel that we could use. They did pick up 2x/week but with so many people hard to fit in one barrel. That could be what is allowed too. Honestly not a real negative. Just felt badly and hope the company picked up the extra Trash."

"A quaint inn, that is well maintained. Older amenities, but everything worked. The staff is incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The location is perfect! A one minute walk to a great cup of coffee, or wood fire pizza, at the Brown Jug. And it's under a 10 minute stroll to the best shopping in the area. I personally enjoyed a morning walk around the nearby conservatory while waiting for the bakeries to open. I recommend staying here."
Sandwich recent renovate, single house, close to beach

"We had a great time staying in Sandwich at Andrew's property. The location was great! It was a short walk to Mr. Bob's to get ice cream, close to the marina, kayaking, and biking trails. The backyard was quiet and private with perfect trees for my son to string up his hammock. The only downfall is that it has a single bathroom which can be challenging at times with 6 people. Andrew was great at communicating with us and prompt with answering questions. Thank you for a great vacation!"
Oldest Town of Cape Cod In The Historic District

"If you’re visiting Cape Cod and don’t want to be right on the beach or you can’t afford that, this is the spot. This isn’t a resort or anything outlandish. It’s exactly what we love. What you see is what you get at a great price. It’s perfectly located close to everything. It’s about 30 minutes from every main city or beach on the Cape. We even went to Boston and Newport (just an hour drive). Beds were comfortable and house was great. We traveled to watch the Cape Cod baseball games, and this was a perfect spot. Host was great and made sure we were taken care of throughout the stay. He even had the place ready early for us because we were ahead of schedule getting there. This is the best place we have stayed at in all our travels. I’d give this place a 10 if I could!"

"We had a great stay in a lovely house. Linda (the host) was very responsive. There are plenty of utensils and pots and pans to cook with. House was clean and met our expectations."
