“The pros: the hosts seemed kind, communicative, and responsive. They offer tours of their ranch and seem proud of the work they do. While we did not tour the ranch, this might be a fun activity, particularly if you have a child in your party. The cons: the unit itself was in need of a deep clean. One of the first things we had to do upon arrival was clean the toilet because it was disgusting. Someone (maybe on the cleaning crew?) had clearly had a significant bathroom episode and the toilet had……

“The Stay was good. The cabin is large for two people and comfortable. The picture windows all around offer a great view of the surrounding forest. Unfortunately the windows needed to be cleaned. Also, a rubber mat in the bathtub is needed as it is slippery. You can hear the river which is nice but the road is close by and you hear intermittent traffic. We would stay there again despite a few limitations.”

“This loft is lovely! It is clean, tidy, and well equipped in the kitchen. There's a washer & dryer for longer stays. The beds & pillows are comfortable. And the location is great - literally a block away from the quaint Troutdale main street, and just a few blocks from 18 food trucks! If visiting Troutdale for the FSM Clinic, this location couldn't be better...it's just steps from their door! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again if we return! ”

“Nice property, cozy and plenty of room for a family of four”

“The hosts for my Mt. Air stay were so incredibly communicative and helpful. Their responses to any of my questions were prompt and accurate. I so enjoyed staying near to Mt. Hood for all of my hiking activities.”

“Had a very relaxing time at this nice vacation home.”

“If you are looking to get away from everything. Relax, recharge, have piece and quiet, and enjoy nature. This cozy, charming little cottage is perfect! I absolutely loved it here and was sad to leave. I am already planning to be back!”

“Very nice place with great amenities and A/C, air and clean place overall, lots of beds for kids and towels and dishes. Easy check in and access. Great location to the OCC and airport, I will stay again!”

“We had a fantastic stay and will totally come back! I don’t know how often the host comes to these properties for upkeep. I would want someone to mention these to me if I was the owner. A few things I wanted to mention are minimal but could be important imo to keep the appearance and general upkeep. There were lots of spiders at the front door and the white posts out front look like they could use a good pressure wash. The rubber around the outside shower needs cleaning and the bedding……

“Great location, clean interior and very spacious.”

“Very nice, relaxing stay. Good communication with host, who also helped us resolve a mistake with reservation dates (our fault). Would stay again.”
