「It’s not a hotel. It’s some guy running a scam. He offers converted apartment rooms for rent, but he’s not there so you cannot check in. There’s guards at the front door, but there’s no reception Area or check-in provided. And Hotels.com won’t give you a refund. And the travel insurance doesn’t work.」

「The stay was okay, but a few things could definitely be improved. The soundproofing isn’t great — you can easily hear noise from the hallway or nearby rooms. Only one room key is provided, which can be a little inconvenient for two guests. There’s also no room service, so you’ll need to order delivery if you want a meal. 「The boss and the staffs are kind and nice. the breakfast they served is amazing. Khmer fried noodle is my favorite!!
it's worth mentioning that they are so so so kind that they borrow their shower room to us because we took the night bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap.
Also stored our lugggages for about 3 days.
This is a hotel where you must stay if you have a plan about traveling to Phnom Penh. 」
