“Chambre propre et impeccable ”

“Our stay at Residence Acqua Linda in Porticcio did not fully meet our expectations. We chose this place because of the positive reviews, but our experience was a bit different. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay a €100 deposit, which had not been mentioned in the listing. Additionally, when we requested an extra roll of toilet paper and two clean towels, we were informed that there would be a €5 charge. “We arrived on Saturday @ 4pm. There is no one at the building to help you get in. I was told that I was sent all the info in advance but I don’t remember getting it. And if I do it was in French and I only soak a little French so when we arrived we did not have a door code, key for our room, know where to park etc. Finally I was able to text and get the info I needed. I was told I could pay when we left on Monday morning as there would be someone in Reception. There is no reception. I knocked on……
