This is a ground floor 1,235 square foot condos that is beautifully decorated. You can walk right out from your screen enclosed lanai to the gardens of the center courtyard and then down to the pool and beach. It features an extra large Screened Lanai, two Bedrooms, two Baths, Great Room, Dining Area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Everything is new including furniture, 3 new TV’s, new flooring, new bathrooms, new impact windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. A heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities at Loggerhead Cay. Smoking is not permitted within the condo.
Loggerhead Cay is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful. It is located on the easily accessible east end of the island, minutes from the Causeway. Once on the island you can access Loggerhead, and its beach, while avoiding the traffic on Periwinkle.
