Sanibel Beachfront Penthouse

We had a great 2 week stay. This was the first time we had stayed at this property. We were not disappointed. Beachfront location is perfect. Roof top area was nice as well as the screened lanai after a day at the beach for relaxing. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property right on the beach

Such a beautiful property! The unit is updated, right on the beach, with sun roof for added space. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return again soon :)

It was a beautiful location right next to the beach. Very nice being able to drink coffee on the porch watching the sunrise. :) The dream vacation staff was very accommodating and really prompt and nice. A good rental experience.

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was super clean, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. Everything we needed was provided. The beach is just steps away. The upstairs deck was a great place to sit and relax in the sun. Check in and out was very easy with a key code. It was great not to have keys to worry about. Overall, it is absolutely perfect. We already booked for next year,!

We have been renting on Sanibel for over 8 years and this is by far the best condo we have rented. We are already booked for next year! The team members responded quickly when we had questions about our stay before we came. They were very helpful in getting us booked for next year. They were very pleasant and easy to talk with.

Perfect beach condo

The condo was nicely decorated, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The only issue is poor wifi. It sounds like this is an issue with the condo complex, not the condo itself, but unfortunately it makes it tough to do much work wise other than answer emails. Other than that, absolutely perfect place and stay!

Beautiful home!

I loved the location and the home! Beautiful decor and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed it. The only complaint which is small, was the description on VRBO said that they provided laundry detergent and toilet paper etc so you don't have to shop for it. There was no dishwasher soap and only 2 detergent packs and not enough toilet paper for a family of 4 for 7 days. It just made for an extra trip to the grocery store. Not a big deal, but maybe should just change that in the description. We plan to go again!

All was well. Nicely renovated. Great beach front location. Only one minor issue is the quality of the mattress’s. Much too soft and sheets do not fit.
